Participation Agreement
Thank you for your participation in our Safe and Sober Grad night fundraiser. This event is held to raise money to fund the activities, prizes, food, equipment, and required personnel to create a Safe and Sober evening of lasting memories for the graduating class of 2025, which will take place on Friday, May 30, 2025 on the Granada High campus.
As a vendor participant, you’ll be expected to:
- Set up and tear down your own display. Set up is from 8:30am to 9:45am.
- Purchase a vendor space for $95 and it includes a table and chair.
- Bring your own linens and equipment to stage your items.
- Submit a raffle basket of your item(s) with a minimum value of $25 to be displayed in our raffle and silent auction area.
- We will NOT require a percentage of your sales as a donation.
- NO clean up before 4:00pm
- As this is a fundraiser, there are NO refunds on your registration costs
We are offering a discount for signing up as a vendor at multiple fundraising events. If you participate in an additional events (Car Show on 10/06 or Sip and Shop on 11/14) you can register for a $10 discounted price. If you participate in all three events, you can register for a $10 discounted price. Please use the pull down menu to the right to see discounted prices.
